Is there a minimum hire charge?
Yes there is. There is a £50 minimum hire for all events within 10 miles of Colchester, Essex. For events outside of this location then please contact us to discuss your exact requirements.
Is there a delivery charge?
Deliveries within 10 miles of Colchester, Essex are free. Photo booth hire packages are all inclusive and include free travel within 35 miles of the same location. For all other events outside of this area they maybe subject to delivery charges.
Do I need to provide an electrical point?
We ask that any electrical items are situated within 15 metres of an electrical point. If you do not have electric/power at your event then please highlight this to use at the time of booking.
Can Photo booth and other electric equipment be placed outside without cover?
We ask that all of our electronic equipment is either hire indoors on hard surfaces or outdoors on a hard surface with cover provided including walls if a gazebo or marquee.
What are you delivery and collection times for the Giant Games hire?
If you are having an event in a hall or other premises and need drop off and collection at specific times then please let us know at the time of booking. If your event is a day hire for equipment at a wedding or party then we ordinarily drop off between 7-11am and collect between 5pm and 7pm. We can collect the following morning for an additional charge of £25.
